AI Floor Plan Object Detection System
We built an AI-powered Streamlit app that reads floor plan images and automatically detects walls, doors, bathrooms, sinks, and toilets. The system eliminates manual tracing by using computer vision to deliver instant, accurate object counts and visual results, helping construction teams save time and improve planning accuracy.
The app solves real challenges like dim lighting, skewed angles, and faded scans that make manual detection difficult. With an intuitive Streamlit interface, users simply upload an image and get reliable detection results instantly—no technical expertise required.
